1. The house
In the entrance floor of the three-storey building horse lovers find just the right atmosphere to chat about the breeding world. The silent fire of the chimney and the picturesque bar depict the extraordinary sense of style that distinguishes the Neumann-Ullrich family from other breeders.
Two fully furnitured appartements are available for guests wishing to stay with their horses.

Riders find a dressing room with lockers and a bath room in the first floor of the big dressage stable buildings. Many enjoy the familiar atmosphere of the riders room, where a cuo of coffee sweetens a short riding break. The grooms appartments are located on the first floor. This plus our dedicated staff mean we can guarantee 24 hours a day 365 days a year on-site supervision.
The horse boxes are light and airy, measuring 3 x 4 metres. Every horse has access to his own paddock, which amounts to 4 x 7 metres. In the centre of the stable building, two spacious grooming stands, a solarium and one washing stand are located.

This spacious outdoor arena measures 20 x 60 metres and provides perfect conditions through its highly professional ground. The seats for visitors do not only provide a great view uopn the arena, but also into the horse walker.
5. Horse Walker
This horse walker is surely one of the most modern and technically advanced of their kind. A special ground and the spacious circle of 18 metres protects the horses limbs.
6. Outdoor Facilities (Yearlings Pastures, Gallop track, Paddocks)
A well-managed path of 4 km length through the woods nearby the stable provides a welcome opportunity to relax. A gallop track of 600 metres invites horse and rider to practise their canter skills. Paddocks are available in case of bad weather conditions. Additionally there are plenty of pastures for both the breeding and the sports horses. The yearlings spend their summer on those huge areas. Our high quality pastures which we maintain to the highest standards are fertile, well watered and free draining. They are airy, light and bounded by shelter belts, providing every possible micro climate and condition for the horses’ comfort. We can rotate grazing regularly so that they are never overcrowded. The horses will always have the choice to socialise or seek solitude.
7. Breeding stable
Spacious birth boxes with the professional "Jan Wolters Birth Watch System" provide us with the security needed for foal and dam. We miss hardly any birth and are usually on site even before the bearing down pain. The weanlings inhabit airy herd boxes. From day 1 on, our foals enjoy the nearby pastures. A washing box and facilities for vet-checks are essential for every medical examination. Correct feeding of all horses is one of our highest priorities. Of course to maintain horses in peak health and condition, a strict veterinary regime has to be adhered to. Regular worming, vaccinations, hoof care and dental care are all part of our horse care program. Additionally our hay is produced on the farm.
